Judges 2 (a bit Old Testament)

In Uncategorized on October 5, 2011 by grahamharrowell

On the matter of judges, a local villain appeared in court last week. A while back police had stopped him with his tools and he had made a full and frank confession on interview which was supported by confirmation from various businesses that they had indeed been burgled that night. He was bailed. The judge was told that the man had spent a third of his life in prison for similar offences. In court the accused retracted his confession and in the light of no other corroborating evidence he walked. Two days later he was back in the same court and this time was sent back to the jug. A lady had called police to report an intruder and on searching her house the culprit had been found hiding behind her sofa.
