Lazarus or Little Britain?

In Uncategorized on December 7, 2010 by grahamharrowell

My mate Mick went to the recent big game at Ebbsfleet United (sponsored by Eurostar™). The Fleet, who play in the Blue Square Bet South League, attracted his attention because Arsenal didn’t have a game. When The Gunners are not playing he will go anywhere to see a match. Even Ebbsfleet.

He was in a good seat near the front with only a disabled man, in a wheelchair next to the “technical area”, between him and the players. The Fleet scored a late goal and the man in the chair became quite animated. Then, to the delight of the home crowd, their team hit the onion bag for a second time and they all went wild. This included the wheelchair bound gent, who cast off his blanket, leapt to his feet and ran onto the pitch. Apparently, it took the stewards a little while to catch him, hold him and eject him from the ground.

So, if you’re looking out for a used wheelchair at a good price, call lost property at the ground. They may have one available.
